Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, including where the item is unavailable, where there is an error in pricing or description, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

Personalization

You are responsible for the engraving text you submit, including its spelling and accuracy. We engrave exactly what you provide. We reserve the right to refuse engraving requests that are unlawful, infringe someone else's trademark or copyright, or are hateful, threatening, or obscene; in that case we will contact you and refund the order.

Pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time. Where a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honour the error.

Product descriptions

We work to describe our products accurately. Screen colours vary between devices, so the finish you see may differ slightly from the item you receive. Bracelets are adjustable and intended to fit most adult wrists; exact measurements are on the product page.

Shipping, returns, and refunds
