Shipping Policy

Every Everlink bracelet is engraved to order, so there are two stages to your delivery: production, then shipping.

Production time

Engraving takes 1–3 business days before your order leaves our facility. Matching Pair orders are engraved individually and ship together in one package.

Delivery time

Standard shipping to the United States takes 10–18 business days after production, with tracking. Orders placed around the December holidays can take longer.

Total time from order to doorstep is typically 2–3 weeks, occasionally up to 4 during peak season.

Your bracelet is engraved to order and ships from our production partner. Tracking can go quiet for several days mid-transit while the parcel clears customs — this is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States.

Wrong or undeliverable address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we can reship it, but you will be responsible for the reshipping cost. Contact us within 24 hours of ordering if you need to correct an address — once production begins we may not be able to change it.
