Can I change the message on the card?

The message cards are pre-written, and each card's full text is shown on its product page. Pick the one that fits best: wife, daughter, granddaughter or an apology.

How long does delivery take?

Each piece is made to order in 3–5 business days, then ships in 2–5 business days within the US, so most orders arrive in 5–10 business days (Priority: 4–7). Standard shipping is free on US orders of $75 or more, $5.99 below that.

What is the jewelry made of?

Stainless steel with a 14k white gold or 18k yellow gold finish. The love knot pieces are set with cubic zirconia. Stainless steel is hypoallergenic and tarnish-resistant.

How much can I engrave?

It depends on the piece. The cuff takes up to 100 characters per side, the 4-sided bar up to 20 characters on each side, and the heart up to 2 lines of 20 characters on the back.

What is the luxury box?

A mahogany-style gift box with a built-in LED light that spotlights the necklace when it is opened.

Can I return a personalized piece?
