Before you write in
- Need to change your engraving text or address? Contact us within 24 hours of ordering. Once engraving begins we can no longer change it.
- Order not tracking? Tracking can take up to 5 business days to update after dispatch. Include your order number and we will chase the carrier.
- Item damaged or engraved incorrectly? Send your order number and a photo. We replace or refund — see our Refund Policy.
